Are you eligible?
One minute of reading now saves fifteen minutes of filling in a form you cannot submit.
You can enter if all of the following are true. If one of them is not, you are not eligible for this edition — but read to the end, because the reasons matter and some of them change next year.
- You are a woman aged between 18 and 26 on the date of the grand finale.
- You are unmarried and have no children.
- You were born in, or currently live in, the Eastern Region of Ghana.
- You hold valid photo identification — a Ghana Card, passport or voter ID.
- You are available for auditions, training activities and the finale.
- You have a cause or community interest you genuinely care about.
Applications close on 31 October 2026.
The application fee is GH₵100.00, payable once your form is submitted. It covers audition administration and is not refundable — see the refund policy.
Why these rules exist
The age range keeps the field comparable. A twenty-six year old and a seventeen year old are not at the same stage of life, and judging them against each other would be unfair to both.
The residency requirement is the point of the pageant. Miss NAA exists to represent Nsawam and the Eastern Region, and the winner spends a year speaking for that community. She needs a real connection to it.
The identification requirement protects everyone. It confirms age and identity, so no one can question the winner's eligibility after the crown has been awarded.
What the organisers actually look for
Meeting the requirements makes you eligible. It does not make you competitive. What separates a strong application from a weak one is almost always the same thing: evidence of something you have already done.
"I care about girls' education" is a sentiment. "I have run a Saturday reading club for eleven girls in my neighbourhood since last March" is a track record. The second one wins auditions.
It does not need to be large. It needs to be real, specific and yours.
What is not a barrier
- Your height. There is no minimum.
- Your education level. Formal qualifications are not required.
- Modelling experience. Most contestants have never done it.
- Your income. Training and coaching are provided.
- Confidence. Building it is the point of the training weeks.
If you are not eligible this year
If you are under 18, note the year you become eligible and use the time — start the community work now, and you will apply with a track record rather than an intention.
If you are over 26, we would still like to hear from you. The pageant needs mentors, chaperones and volunteers, and that work shapes the contestants more than most people realise. Get in touch.
Honesty matters
Every statement in your application must be true. A false statement disqualifies you at any stage — including after a crown has been awarded — and any prize may be reclaimed. If something in your circumstances changes after you apply, tell us. Disclosure is almost never the problem; concealment always is.
